You'll work hands-on with dogs, supervise daycare playgroups, monitor health and safety, and assist with feeding, bathing, and daily routines to deliver a five-star guest experience for every pet parent.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes.
• Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe interactions.
• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns.
• Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards.
• Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines.
• Delivering a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent.
• Supporting team operations and maintaining a strong, positive culture.
