Piedmont BARK’s Salon in Midtown seeks an experienced bather to join our high-volume team. You will bathe, dry, fluff and finish dogs to specification while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle diverse breeds and situations with care. We value patient, dependable individuals with time-management skills who can work with a passionate team and adapt to varying dog behaviors.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail for canine care and sanitation.
• Familiarity with breeds, body language and fur types.
• Strong time management to handle high-volume workflow.
• Ability to work under pressure without compromising service quality.
• Ability to take direction and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of dogs at all times.
• Be attentive to dogs and team needs.
• Adhere to strict sanitary and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain neat workspace during service.
• Clean up pet messes as they occur.
• Prep, bathe and finish dogs.
• Perform thorough bathing, drying, and finishing techniques.
• Assist with nail trimming, ear cleaning and minor grooming tasks.
• Support team and other staff as needed.
