Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US Citizenship is required and able to obtain a DOE Q Level clearance.
• Data entry skills required.
• 3+ years of typing and word processing experience required.
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants, obtain references, and recommend placement.
• Handle employee-sensitive material with tact and discretion.
• Document information to avoid threats; ensure accuracy.
• Advise HR on job classification and wage rates.
• Heavy use of office software; computer skills required.
• May perform clerical tasks in addition to duties.
• Supervisor reviews completed work against objectives.
• Document security clearance actions in databases.
• Retrieve files from vault storage as needed.
• Screen information to determine required actions.
• Keep management informed of workload status.
