Job summary

Cyber Synergy Consulting Group seeks an experienced professional to own the lifecycle of enterprise architecture engineering using DoDAF, aligning DoD requirements with Joint capabilities. You will coordinate information exchange plans, support exercises and planning meetings, and liaise with mission partners across HQ, TSOC, and components.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise/network architecture within DoD environments and holds TOP SECRET clearance; TS/SCI preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years enterprise/network architecture or communications planning.
• 4+ years DoDAF (or equivalent EA framework) in DoD/Joint environments.
• Active TOP SECRET; TS/SCI preferred.
• On-site performance; travel as required for exercises/planning events.

Responsibilities

• Owns the lifecycle of EA engineering using DoDAF; aligns USSOCOM capabilities with DoD requirements.
• Gathers, analyzes, and validates information exchange requirements; develops communications plans.
• Supports planning meetings, OPTs, technical exchanges, exercises (JELC), OPLANs/CONPLANs.
• Conducts liaison with communications planners and mission partners (Components, TSOCs, partner forces).
• Advises on network architecture design at HQ, TSOC, and Component levels.
• Reviews/assesses impact of DoD, Service, Joint, DISA, or IC architecture guidance on the SIE.

Job description

Owns the lifecycle of Enterprise Architecture (EA) engineering using the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) to align USSOCOM capabilities with Joint and DoD requirements. Advises on network architecture at HQ, TSOC, and Component levels.

• Gather, analyze, and validate information exchange requirements; develop/coordinate communications plans
• Support planning meetings, OPTs, technical exchanges, exercises (JELC), OPLANs/CONPLANs
• Conduct liaison with communications planners and mission partners (Components, TSOCs, partner forces)
• Advise on network architecture design at headquarters, TSOC, and Component levels
• Review/assess impact of DoD, Service, Joint, DISA, or IC architecture guidance on the SIE

Education

• Substitution: Relevant experience performing SOW §3.6 functions for a Government agency in lieu of formal education

Years of experience (recommended)

• 8–12+ years enterprise/network architecture or communications planning
• 4+ years DoDAF (or equivalent EA framework) in DoD/Joint environments
• SOF, TSOC, or contested-environment (CCE/DDIL) experience preferred

Skills & knowledge

• Joint planning guidance; exercise/contingency communications support
• Network architecture concepts across HQ / TSOC / Component echelons
• Ability to brief senior leaders and coordinate across mission partners
• Familiarity with SIE and SOF enterprise architecture drivers

Certifications

• Preferred: DoDAF/EA certification, CISSP, or equivalent architecture credentials; DoD 8570/8140 if network admin access required
