Job summary

Significance, Inc. seeks a Transportation Analyst (Journeyman) to support MCICOM G-4 Transportation Services Branch in Arlington, VA. The role analyzes DoD transportation data, develops fleet policies, and provides financial analyses and audit support in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a DoD Secret clearance, have 3–7 years of related experience, and demonstrate strong written communication and stakeholder coordination with government partners.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years supporting DoD transportation, fleet management, logistics, financial management, or related operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience analyzing transportation, fleet utilization, maintenance, fuel consumption, and lifecycle cost data.
• Experience preparing financial analyses, executive reports, and recommendations.
• Experience researching, drafting, and updating policies, directives, SOPs, or process documentation.
• Experience supporting audit readiness, compliance reviews, or transportation program assessments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses and executive-ready reports on transportation and fleet data.
• Develop and update transportation policies, directives, SOPs, and guidance.
• Support audit readiness and compliance reviews for transportation programs.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders across organizations.
• Assist in planning and coordinating working groups, conferences, and training events.
