Job summary
Fusion Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Telecommunication Superintendent to lead DoD telecom infrastructure projects across the United States. The role includes installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber, coax, and copper cabling, with travel to various locations.
Candidates should have 6+ years of telecom experience, be able to lift 60 lbs, and hold a BICSI Installer or equivalent certification with OSHA 10/30. The position offers competitive pay and paid lodging and travel.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of cable installation or telecom experience.
- Experience with fiber, coax, and structured cabling.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work on ladders.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Basic skills in Excel and Word.
- BICSI Installer certification, or comparable cert., and OSHA 10/30.
Responsibilities
- Install and terminate fiber optic, coaxial, and copper cabling.
- Support WiFi and voice system deployments.
- Perform site surveys, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Read and execute installation plans and diagrams.
- Track inventory and complete project documentation.
- Assist with or lead installation teams.
- Load/unload materials and maintain job site organization.
