Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site manager and central point of contact with COR and Government stakeholders.
• Oversee task execution, staffing, scheduling, and quality control across all task areas.
• Lead daily standups and weekly syncs, maintain situational awareness.
