Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in systems administration.
• Experience installing, supporting, and maintaining servers and related infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux distributions and security hardening.
• DoD IA training and certifications to satisfy privileged access requirements are required.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports daily operational requirements of computer network systems.
• Install hardware and software, perform upgrades, manage network accounts and security.
• Design, update and maintain local system documentation and web page interfaces.
• Maintain and troubleshoot security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection.
• Train staff on software and IT processes; assist customers and monitor system configurations.
