Joby Aviation is seeking candidates for the Dod Skillbridge Program to coordinate civilian internship experiences for service members across various departments. This initiative allows service members to gain valuable work experience through industry training or apprenticeships. Interns may work in areas such as Flight Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT. Joby is committed to building an inclusive workforce and provides training opportunities at no cost to industry partners.

The DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects Service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences.

For Service members, SkillBridge provides an invaluable chance to work and learn in civilian career areas. For industry partners SkillBridge is an opportunity to access and leverage the world's most highly trained and motivated workforce at no cost. Service members participating in SkillBridge receive their military compensation and benefits, and industry partners provide the training and work experience.

SkillBridge interns may work in one of the following departments depending on candidate interest, previous experience and business need. A recruiter will contact you after you submit your application for a phone screen.
