Job summary

The DOD SkillBridge Medical Equipment Technician Internship at Agiliti Health, Inc. offers transitioning service members a 4–6 month program to become proficient in medical equipment inspection, calibration, maintenance, and repair under supervision.

Participants gain hands-on experience across a range of devices, with mentoring, CBT, on‑the‑job training, and a path to further opportunities within Agiliti's nationwide locations. High school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with computer networks and equipment interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on a variety of medical devices.
• Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately to ensure complete documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clinical staff on device features and functionality.
