About Armaments Research Company
Armaments Research Company (ARC) is a technology company dedicated to bringing real-time situational awareness and battlefield logistics capabilities to the warfighter. You will be an integral part of the ARC team managing program execution in support of our innovative IoT devices to enhance national security.
Our core offering is the ARC AI-Enabled Weapons Sensor (AEWS), which collects and transmits real-time tactical data to the cloud. This information enables battlefield/tactical awareness and insights into big data sets that do not exist today. ARC technologies, initially developed with DARPA and NSF, leverage IoT and machine learning to derive actionable insights and transform operational responses. This technology will be deployed at scale to enhance safety, decision-making, and sustainment for the warfighter at the tactical edge.
ARC's SkillBridge program allows transitioning service members to gain civilian work experience through a fellowship during their last 180 days of service. The fellowship lasts 3-4 months, with flexible start dates, and includes midpoint and final evaluations to assess performance and potential for future employment.
We are seeking a Program Manager in Ashburn, VA, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects within budget and schedule, ensuring they meet requirements and standards. You will manage resources and communicate with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Ideal candidates are motivated team players, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal oversight.
This position requires access to restricted information and facilities under U.S. laws, including NISPOM. Employment offers are contingent upon necessary security clearances and citizenship verification (U.S. Citizen).
