Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking a Cybersecurity RMF Specialist to own the RMF process for DoD IL5/IL6 enclaves, manage evidence for cATO, and serve as the primary liaison between Platform Engineers, Developers, and government stakeholders, including SCA and AO teams.

The role requires 5+ years in DoD RMF, DoD cloud experience, and DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification, with hybrid presence in Northern Virginia. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Cybersecurity experience with DoD RMF/IL5/IL6.
• Experience with DoD Cloud Service Providers (e.g., AWS GovCloud).
• Independent coordination with government Security Control Assessors (SCA).
• Experience with eMASS and managing DoD system records.
• Familiarity with security scanning tools (Static/Dynamic).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RMF for DoD IL5/IL6, manage eMASS controls and POA&Ms.
• Coordinate Continuous Monitoring activities and submit SBOMs, STIGs, and docs.
• Track vulnerabilities and remediation with DHA Cybersecurity Team.
• Translate DISA STIG/SRG/NIST 800-53 requirements into technical needs.
• Serve as primary cybersecurity liaison to government stakeholders and leadership.
