Job summary

Kalman & Company, Inc. is hiring an Order Filler to support the Marine Corps CSP. You will perform warehousing duties including issuing, receiving, storing, and shipping equipment, while ensuring accurate inventory control and prompt processing of orders and returns.

Qualified candidates will pass a NAC check and drug screen, and may need forklift certification. Strong communication and physical stamina are essential for this on-site role at the Albany, GA facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass NAC background check for base access and DoD system access.
• Drug screen will be required.
• Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
• Be detail-oriented with good time-management and workload planning.
• Ability to obtain forklift safety certification.
• Understanding of inventory control systems.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing tasks including issuing, receiving, storing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping.
• Receive and unpack shipments promptly and accurately.
• Validate shipment quantities match documentation.
• Store equipment in appropriate warehouse locations.
• Pack and ship equipment accurately.
• Pick customer orders and process returns.
• Track inventory using warehouse management system.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
