Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Palantir Developer to design, build, and operate data solutions in the Vantage platform for the DoD. The role focuses on secure, scalable data engineering in federal cloud environments, handling financial, budgetary, and execution data.

The candidate will design and maintain Palantir Foundry modules, build end-to-end pipelines, optimize data models, and ensure traceability and auditable analytics. A SECRET clearance and DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of data engineering or related experience
• Palantir Foundry experience
• Experience with Palantir Workshop and DoD Advana/Vantage integration
• Experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, Spark
• Experience with relational/analytical data stores (Databricks, Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server) and data modeling

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Palantir Foundry Workshop Modules
• Build end-to-end data pipelines ingesting/transforming DoD data
• Engineer data models and curated datasets for reporting/auditability
• Develop, deploy Foundry pipelines for traceability and repeatable analytics
• Implement CI/CD with Git and DoD security patterns
• Deploy cloud-native solutions in AWS/Azure (IL4/IL5)
• Collaborate with SMEs, analysts, engineers, governance teams
• Ensure data quality, validation, and monitoring for accuracy
• Migrate legacy systems to Databricks and Foundry within Advana
