Job summary

MAXISIQ, INC. seeks a Database Administrator/Developer to support the Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB), handling data management, interoperability, and database development across legacy and next-generation systems.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8140 Security+ on day one, 5+ years in relational DB development (Oracle), .NET experience, and strong XML/XSLT skills; you will collaborate with system admins, cyber personnel, and DoD partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD 8140 Cybersecurity Workforce certification; Security+ required on day one.
• 5+ years of relational database development (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise RDBMS in web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain NIODB data architecture for legacy and next-gen systems.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize relational databases (Oracle).
• Convert legacy data formats (CSV, XML) into modern JSON/XML schemas.
• Develop NIODB workflows and QA processes for IW data management.
• Support software installation, configuration, security, and system docs.
• Collaborate with system admins, network engineers, and cybersecurity staff.
