Job summary

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) seeks a Network Engineer with a SECRET clearance to support NETCOM and RNEC-NCR initiatives. The role emphasizes design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of complex DoD network infrastructure, including ICAN, with on-call support for multiple installations in the NCR region.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in network engineering, IAT-II certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with government stakeholders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a SECRET security clearance.
• IAT-II certification (Networking Environments) required.
• Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot the RNEC-NCR network infrastructure (ICAN).
• Respond to critical and VIP tickets within two hours of notification.
• Manage and guide a Network Engineering staff of Intermediate and Junior Engineers.
• Support LAN/WAN, VPNs, PKI/CAC integration, and IA compliance across Fort Belvoir and related sites.
