• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Track project budgets, monitor schedules, and prepare budget analyses.
• Support mission planning using Navy ERP and DoD tools.
• Prepare financial reports, briefs, and decision-support materials.
• Monitor spend plans across OMN, RDT&E, and APN appropriations.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for milestones and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DoD FMR, FAR, and command policies.
