Job summary

Ignite Digital Services seeks a Mid Acquisition Analyst to support NAVWAR and Navy stakeholders in achieving program objectives through milestones, acquisitions, and contract events. The role focuses on acquisition management, risk, and coordination with government reviews.

The candidate will track actions, prepare routine products, and collaborate with Acquisition Manager and APMs. 3+ years in business/technical fields and DoD familiarity highly valued. On-site work in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to prepare status updates, reports, and briefing materials.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Access).
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, records discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the clearance, credentials, and system access required by the contract.

Responsibilities

• Provides foundational acquisition, administrative, and coordination support.
• Performs research, data collection, documentation, tracking, and status reporting; elevates issues as needed.
• Collect, validate, organize, and maintain acquisition documentation, milestone schedules, action logs, risk inputs, dashboards, and stakeholder inputs.
• Provide recommendations for all phases of DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of acquisition documents such as strategy, baseline, ICD, CDD, IMS, and related documents.
