Job summary

Viasat is seeking a Government Aftermarket Services Logistics Program Manager in the United States. You will lead sustainment activities across the program, coordinating with service teams, contracts, and suppliers to fulfill contract scope and improve support strategies.

You will drive depot repairs, sparing analyses, and supply support while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. A DoD background and active clearance are required.

Qualifications

• US Citizen.
• 10+ years sustaining DoD programs and aftermarket services.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent program management and customer interface.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present to senior executives on routine matters.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with DoD acquisition and sustainment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all business area sustainment activities.
• Manage the cross-functional Aftermarket Services IPT.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source supply and set terms (SOW/PSA).
• Accountable for aftermarket financial performance.
• Develop business plans aligned with financial forecasts.
• Facilitate program reviews and sustainment meetings.
• Coordinate all supply support, including spares management.
• Oversee End of Life activities.
• Support internal and customer program reviews.
