Qualifications

• Secret security clearance required prior to beginning support and maintained throughout
• Valid state driver’s license required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and accurate
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines, with minimal supervision
• Ability to draft correspondence in military format per AR 25-50 when needed
• Enter data into multiple databases/spreadsheets and ensure cross-referencing
• Retrieve data to respond to customer and vendor inquiries and perform data-driven research
• Maintain files per Army, Navy, and DoD regulations; use MS Office to prepare reports

Responsibilities

• Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from origin to customer placement to meet requirements
• Ensure customer service and time objectives are met within financial constraints
• Execute and improve standard logistics processes (replenishment, data interchange, demand management)
• Build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives
• Learn from customers, competitors, and operations to improve competitive position
