Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an IT support professional in Roy, UT to verify PC and peripheral inventory, coordinate between teams, and learn cyber security methods. The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance, with SAP/SAR clearance possible per program needs.

Candidates should have Windows OS troubleshooting experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerShell scripting, VM-Ware VDI, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, installing, and configuring Desktops running Windows OS (including Windows 10) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification within 6 months of hire date (e.g., Security+ CE).
• The ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance and SAP/SAR as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly verification of PC and peripheral inventory across different networks.
• Liaise between teams in multiple tasking and inventory coordination.
• Learn cyber security methods and processes.
• Utilize inventory database and tools for accurate record keeping.
