Job summary

Serco is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to support the Air Force Modeling and Simulation (AFMS) 3.0 Program at the Orlando, Florida office. You will provide comprehensive industrial, personnel, and physical security to ensure compliance with DoD, Air Force, and Serco security requirements.

You will collaborate with the Facility Security Officer, CPSO, and program leadership to safeguard personnel, facilities, systems, and classified information across all aspects of contract execution.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
• Experience supporting classified contracts in a DoD or federal government environment.
• Knowledge of physical security, personnel security, classified material control, and industrial security requirements.
• Experience working within the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
• Ability to work on-site at the Orlando, Florida facility.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Support all physical, personnel, industrial, and program security functions for the AFMS 3.0 contract.
• Administer personnel security actions, including clearance processing and access management.
• Coordinate classified shipments and maintain accountability records for classified material.
• Maintain facility security records and ensure compliance with document control and classified holdings requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and update security documentation (SOPs, EAPs, OPSEC plans, etc.).
• Deliver security awareness training for employees supporting AFMS 3.0.
• Coordinate with government security representatives and program leadership to support contract execution.
