KAIROS, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst, Journeyman, to support a Pax-based program. The role involves analyzing investment programs, budgeting, and financial tracking for a government contractor environment.

A Secret clearance is required, and the position is contingent on contract award. The candidate will work with a governance-focused program office, applying DoD experience and solid MS Office skills to deliver timely financial insights and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent substitute options described above.
• Experience performing financial analyst duties for DoD preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs.
• Provide budget support including budget preparation, monitoring and reporting.
• Manage financial data, track budget allocations and ensure accurate documentation.
• Track spend plans vs. actuals to identify trends and issues.
