Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the premises and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation for leadership and site contacts.
