Synertex LLC in Linthicum Heights, MD is hiring an Acquisition Specialist to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's Training Directorate. This on-site role requires active Secret clearance and involves acquisition planning, market research, and preparing pre-award and post-award actions.

Responsibilities include ensuring FAR compliance, interfacing with project managers, delivering on time, and producing briefings and reports for senior government personnel.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in DoD Contracts and Acquisitions.
• Mastery of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplemental Regulations.
• 5-7 years of experience in interviewing, analyzing, observing and professional writing.
• 5-7 years of knowledge of supporting DoD Projects and Programs.
• Experience with procurement of services, supplies, equipment, and/or construction contracts for DoD.
• Bachelor's Degree in Financial or Contract Management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the government with acquisition planning aligned with DCSA goals and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare Pre-Award and Post-Award actions for various contract types including fixed price, IDIQ, and BPAs.
• Conduct Market Research, prepare Market Research Reports, IGCEs, Memos, and Performance Work Statements.
• Support acquisition of a wide variety of mission essential services and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and supplemental regulations.
• Interface with project managers to develop acquisition package products.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Generate briefings, reports, and documents for senior client personnel.
