Tactica Solutions LLC seeks Access Control Officers to provide 24/7/365 unarmed security support at INSCOM facilities in Alexandria, VA. You will verify personnel, equipment, and media access, maintain security records, and respond to incidents. Prolonged walking and strict adherence to procedures are expected.

Requirements include a high school diploma, CPR/AED, 2+ years with DISS or Scattered Castles, US citizenship, and TS/SCI clearance with SSBI/Tier 5 eligibility. Polygraph may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years using security systems such as DISS or Scattered Castles.
• U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with SSBI/Tier 5 and SCI indoctrination eligibility.
• Willingness to complete a CI polygraph if required.
• Ability to maintain clearance for the life of the contract.

Responsabilidades

• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media entering/exiting secure facilities.
• Conduct face-to-face identification checks and verify security clearances and SCI access.
• Issue visitor and ESCORT REQUIRED badges and notify sponsors of arrivals.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections and validate equipment/authorization forms.
• Operate Lenel and other security systems and maintain logs and inventories.
• Brief oncoming personnel on events and report incidents immediately.
• Maintain continuous shift logs and security records.
