Job summary

Cook Systems is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create and maintain IT documentation, translating complex information into clear materials for diverse audiences. You will collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support teams to produce manuals and product documentation, interview subject-matter experts, and organize layouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business or technical writing.
• Proficient knowledge of multiple software and graphics packages.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work on moderately complex to complex document management projects.
• Experience in coaching junior staff is an advantage.

Responsibilities
