Responsibilities

  • Support the document change control process ensuring changes are appropriate, justified, and properly approved by responsible functional areas.
  • Primary contact to divisions for controlled document content, format, and change record requirements.
  • Provide direction and leadership for the implementation of document management and archival systems.
  • Provide direction for the use of the Document Management System (DMS) and planned improvements.
  • Manage various divisional departmental projects and document turn around times.
  • Interact with executive management to facilitate change record package approvals.
  • Initiate and execute projects to improve the overall effectiveness of the Document Control department.
  • Support LMS administration and management of the Quality System Training Program.
  • Provides SME on the learning process including learning management system to other functional areas.
