Menk USA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Compliance Auditor to maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and to execute the safety program across management and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities include document control, change management, and performing internal audits monthly to ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, along with supporting safety policy creation and 5S practices in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Requires Associate's Degree; OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
  • Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor.
  • Experience in fast-paced office/manufacturing environments; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Quality Management System documents and standards.
  • Manage change control for quality docs with stakeholder approvals.
  • Plan and perform internal audits (approx. 4 per month) and maintain audit schedule (ISO 9001).
  • Conduct internal audits on QMS effectiveness and perform external/supplier audits.
  • Keep QMS updated; support documentation control across departments.

Job description

The purpose of this role is to: To support the day-to-day functions of the Company by performing activities to maintain the Quality Management System, and to execute all aspects of the safety program including, development, implementation and training to all members of the Management and manufacturing teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assure that quality documents are aligned with the quality document architecture and standards.
  • Manage the change control process for new and revised quality documentation and ensure appropriate stakeholder review and approval of these documents.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute an internal audit role across multifunctional areas to ensure compliance with yearly audit requirements, conducting approximately 4 internal audits per month and maintaining the master audit schedule in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
  • Perform internal audits of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) process.
  • Perform external/supplier audits.
  • Manages and keeps the QMS updated as necessary.
  • Supports all departments in controlling required documentation.
  • Participates in the coordination of safety management, training and facilitates company safety meetings.
  • Create and/or update internal safety and environmental policies as needed.
  • Participate in inventory as requested.
  • Actively support and sustain 5S standards by maintaining organization, cleanliness, and visual controls within the work area at all times.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support organizational goals
Quality Related Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective action plans, and track completion of corrective actions.
  • Ensures company-wide compliance with all aspects of ISO9001:2015 and safety initiatives.

Experience:
  • Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience of working in a fast-paced office environment (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Customer Service oriented; exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 1–2 years of active internal auditing experience in a manufacturing or ISO 9001-certified environment.
Education and Qualifications:
  • An excellent understanding of OSHA standards and an OSHA 10-hour
  • Sound research and investigative skills
  • Associate's Degree
