Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Austin, TX (Onsite)

Pay Range:

$27.86/hr

Duration:

12 months with potential for conversion

What's the Job?
  1. Download and analyze digital photos and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of related notes.
  2. Conduct detailed data entry using multiple interrelated spreadsheets.
  3. Manage office organization, coordinating tasks among personnel and prioritizing projects.
  4. Act as the central information hub for all entities involved in ongoing projects.
  5. Review forms for accuracy and completeness, reporting errors and requesting necessary corrections.
What's Needed?
  1. Full working knowledge of Excel, including creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and generating reports.
  2. Experience in document control, including sorting, filing, and organizing reports and photos.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to correspond with multiple entities.
  4. Proficiency in administrative office procedures and practices.
  5. High school diploma or GED with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 2-3 years of experience.
