Job summary

Diamond Animal Health is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate I to oversee the Document Change Control System and support regulatory activities to ensure compliance with USDA, State, and international authorities.

This role focuses on document control, training users, managing correspondence, and assisting in preparing protocols, reports, and registration documents within a typical office environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement is a High School diploma.
  • Associate's degree in science, business, or a related field preferred.
  • One year of experience in animal biologics, regulatory affairs, or business management.

Responsibilities

  • Document Change Control: support formatting and distribute revised documents.
  • Train users on the Document Control System and track progress.
  • Verify resolution of change-related issues prior to document approval.
  • Assist USDA correspondence and prepare protocols and reports.
  • Support international registration documentation and facilities documents.
