Professional Services Group is a multi‑service community‑based social services organization that fulfills its mission of helping individuals and families achieve their greatest potential through dynamic and innovative programming responsive to the needs of diverse communities.
Responsibilities
- Interview and evaluate individuals and/or families to complete the intake process.
- Provide assessments for therapeutic needs and offer individual, family, and group counseling as needed.
- Conduct psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations.
- Act as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations and respond to all client treatment needs.
- Attend clinical supervision with one of PSG\s licensed psychologists.
- Participate in staffing meetings and make appropriate recommendations.
- Attend court hearings to present client treatment progress or evaluation results and advocate for additional services as needed.
Hours and Location
Hours are flexible within typical business hours Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm within our outpatient settings.
Multiple locations available across Southeast Wisconsin: Jefferson, Rock, Walworth, Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha counties.

Requirements
- Must possess a Ph.D. or Psy.D. and be eligible for future licensure as a psychologist in the State of Wisconsin.
- Previous experience providing individual, family, and group therapy and psychological/neuropsychological evaluation is required.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Possession of an LPC or related training license is preferred.
