Job summary

In this role, you’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function, mobility, and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams while documenting progress in EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Colorado.
• Ability to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
