A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a full-time Outbound Dockworker in Pittston, PA.

The role involves safely loading and unloading freight from trailers and verifying related documentation using electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred and English literacy is required for effective communication with drivers and terminal staff. We offer weekly pay, overtime eligibility after 40 hours, paid time off, holidays, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Track freight locations using the document management system.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers to coordinate movements.
• Maintain flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays.
• Uphold a customer-service-first mindset in all tasks.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Outbound Dockworker to join our team in Pittston, PA.This role is responsible for safely transporting freight on and off trailers, and verifying related documentation via the electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

• Earn $22.80 per hour. Rate will increase to $27.65 after 12 months of employment

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment, preferred
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow all company and government safety rules and regulations
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively

Dockworker responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using appropriate equipment – forklift or electric pallet jack
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to insure safe transport
• Utilizing document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations throughout the terminal
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work
• Operating with a customer service first mentality
