Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc in Etna, PA is hiring a full-time Inbound Dockworker to safely move freight on and off trailers and verify related documentation. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

We offer a $22.80 hourly rate with a $0.70 shift differential, rising to $27.65 after 12 months. Shift is 12:00 AM; Tuesday - Saturday, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including vacation, PTO, holidays and insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use document management system to track and monitor freight locations throughout the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service first mentality.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time InboundDockworker to join our team in Etna, PA.This role is responsible for safely transporting freight on and off trailers, and verifying related documentation via the electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

• Earn $22.80 hourly rate + $0.70 shift differential. Rate will increase to $27.65 hourly rate after 12 months of employment
