Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy in Billings, MT is seeking warehouse operators to perform picking, pulling and building orders, palletizing, loading/unloading, and staging materials for delivery. You’ll operate equipment in dock, cooler or freezer areas and support different stations as assigned.

Starting pay is $21.99 with CBA increases; wages can reach up to $25.87 per hour. Schedule includes four 10-hour days; benefits include a union pension plan, healthcare, paid vacation, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds and handle cases up to 6-8 high.
• Work in a wet environment with temperatures 35–40°F and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling and building orders; palletize products.
• Load, unload and stage materials for outgoing delivery; work at assigned stations.
• Operate warehouse equipment in dock, cooler or freezer areas.

Meadow Gold Dairy in Billings, MT has immediate job openings for fast paced and motivated warehouse operators to perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery, and working any station or line that is assigned. Additionally, warehouse operators are responsible for safely operating various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer or dock environment.

OUR OPERATORS FOR THE DOCK WORKER/COOLER LOADOUT POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO: 25.87 per hour.

• $21.99 to start then CBA wage agreement increases to follow.

SCHEDULE: 4 - 10hour work week,

Monday, 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Tuesday, 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Thursday, 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Friday, 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
• Must be ableto lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high
• Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
• May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
