Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, move, and organize materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Read and interpret shipping labels, work orders, and packing instructions.
• Verify shipping information and consolidate pallets by destination.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks; handle products with care.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report safety concerns.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized dock and warehouse area.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines.

What You'll Do

As a Dock Worker, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently by safely moving materials and preparing shipments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely load, unload, move, and organize materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Read and interpret shipping labels, work orders, and packing instructions.
• Verify shipping information and consolidate pallets based on delivery destinations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks while ensuring products are handled carefully.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environment.
• Work closely with team members to meet shipping and production deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

You're a fit for the role of Dock Worker, if your background includes:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read shipping documents and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
