Job summary

Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply in Bethlehem, PA is hiring a Full-Time Dock Loader/Unloader Associate to support loading and unloading deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy. You will operate in a production/dock environment and ensure safety and cleanliness on site.

You will be paid $17.95 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule; overtime and occasional weekend hours may be required. Paid training provided and adherence to OSHA standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift and carry 75 pounds.
• Able to stand for 8+ hrs/day.
• Full-time, Mon-Fri 1:00pm–9:00pm; may require overtime and occasional weekend hours.
• Reliable work performance; background and drug checks.
• Reliable transportation to report to work.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads product from delivery vehicles.
• Helps with inventory control.
• Maintains a clean environment and organizes products; disposes of waste properly.
• Performs duties safely per OSHA standards.
• Report unsafe conditions to management promptly.

Now Hiring: Full-Time Dock Loader/Unloader Associate

We’re actively recruiting a Full-Time Dock Loader/Unloader Associate for this location.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a production, dock, or warehouse environment. In this role, you’ll work alongside management to make sure every truck is loaded and unloaded accurately with our products.

Pay is $17.95, M-F 12:00pm - 8:30pm.

What You'll Do

• Loads and unloads product/supplies from delivery vehicles
• Helps with inventory control
• Maintains a clean environment, organizes products, and appropriately disposes of waste/trash
• Performs all assigned duties in a safe fashion and in accordance with OSHA standards and directives
• Reports any unsafe conditions or practices to management in a prompt fashion

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift and carry 75 pounds
• Able to stand for 8+ hrs/day
• Be able to work a regular, full-time position - Monday through Friday 1:00pm to 9:00pm - that may require some overtime and occasional weekend hours
• Must have a highly reliable work performance record
• Must pass extensive pre-employment checks (including background check and drug test)
• Must have reliable transportation in order to report to work as scheduled
• Able to work in all kinds of weather
• The ability to drive a standard transmission truck is a plus
