Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 3 years of experience in loading dock operations, warehouse shipping / receiving, or transportation terminal operations.
• Strong communication skills and basic proficiency with email and spreadsheets for reporting and status updates.
• Safety Management, HAZMAT is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound / outbound trucks, assign dock doors, manage yard/dock flow and congestion to meet schedules.
• Plan and supervise loading / unloading activities including staging, counts, and verification of condition.
• Maintain dock logs and records (truck times, bills of lading, delivery receipts, paperwork, discrepancies).
• Adhere to OSHA-aligned dock safety practices and enforce PPE; stop work for unsafe conditions and report incidents.
• Coordinate with schedulers / dispatch, warehouse staff, drivers, security / access control, and designated representatives.
