Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Read, write, and communicate in English to perform job tasks and complete shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversees terminal operations including sorting, handling, loading, and unloading freight.
• Directs and evaluates dockworkers for proper equipment use and adherence to procedures.
• Conducts daily inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and DOT standards.
• Trains and coaches dockworkers on safety, performance, customer service, and equipment usage.
• Reviews reports and recommends improvements to terminal efficiency and service.
• Promotes a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
