Job summary

A logistics company in Colorado is seeking a Dock Manager to oversee dock operations and ensure timely, error-free deliveries. Qualifications

  • Proven successful warehouse, cross-dock, or related experience.
  • Proven successful supervisory experience.

  • Strong understanding of applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Create, organize, and direct dock team members for on-time deliveries.
  • Ensure dock operations follow safety protocols and efficiency.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective management of dock operations.
  • Conduct daily inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
