Job summary

Niagara Bottling Louisville seeks a Dock Coordinator to ensure efficient trailer loading/unloading and inventory control. You will use WMS to manage inbound/outbound orders, operate a forklift or LGV, and prep loads for cross-country shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include verifying loads, monitoring LGV activity, and coordinating with transportation, production, and sales to keep shipments flowing on schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred for development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Checks trucks in/out using WMS and ensures quality/loading efficiency.
• Operates forklift or LGV and supports pallet handling.
• Unloads and loads materials, preps trailers for shipments, and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Coordinates with transportation, production, and sales to ensure on-time shipments.
• Maintains safe, clean warehouse conditions and follows SOPs.
