Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
• Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in time management, consistently meeting responsibilities within designated timeframes.
• Collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external interactions with customers and manufacturers.
• Basic math skills, including counting and performing computations up to four digits.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including keyboarding.
• Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate freight, build and shrink-wrap pallets, load products on to trailers by hand or stand-up forklift.
• Look up part numbers, quantities, product locations, and customer information on the computer.
• Receive orders from supervisor from prepared and prioritized work tags.
• Pull orders from inventory, manually and/or utilizing forklift.
• Prepare materials for delivery to and/or pick up by customers; pack and label as appropriate.
• Check filled orders prior to delivery or pick up for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility to support safety standards.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operate within assigned area.
