Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking a route supervisor in Memphis to oversee route drivers, run routes from dock or plant, and ensure smooth customer service.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, two years of driving experience, and the ability to manage multiple routes while maintaining safety and compliance. You will work onsite in a fast-paced facility, coordinating with drivers and customer service as needed.

• Review customer route tickets weekly to ensure proper service and handle complaints until Customer Service can contact.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of dock and equipment; keep grounds clear of damaged containers.
• Operate assigned company vehicle; maintain cleanliness; report mechanical or operational problems; may maintain DOT logbook.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Frequently requires walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, and reaching.
• Frequently requires lifting up to 10lbs. and occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or moving up to 100lbs.
• Frequent travel to off-site locations is required.
• Work is performed in company vehicles, plant/dock locations, and outdoor environments.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and others and identify potential workplace hazards.
