Job summary

4Wall is seeking a Dock Lead to supervise the dock team and ensure timely gathering, distribution and shipping of items per 4Wall quality standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of warehouse or dock experience, leadership ability, and strong computer skills; prior experience in the entertainment lighting industry is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyattsville, MD.

What you will be doing:While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible forsupervising the Dock Workers and for reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be gathered, distributed or shipped per 4Wall quality standards and procedures.

What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous warehouse or dock experience required; experience leading a team preferred, a solid work background (including recent consistent work experience, knowledge regarding warehouse functions, will have intermediate to advanced computer skills, experience in entertainment lighting industry, and a High School Diploma or GED.

$23.00 - $26.00
