Qualifications

• Prior experience in shipping and receiving or a willingness to learn.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift or willingness to be trained.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load and unload trucks with a lift truck, pallet jack, or two-wheel dolly.
• Correctly weigh incoming material using a floor scale.
• Identify fasteners or products from the packing slips.
• Locate and ship outgoing material to the appropriate customers.
• Correctly package UPS shipments for shipping.
• Move and position trailers within the yard.
• Interact with customers and drivers in a courteous manner.
