Core Group Resources is seeking experienced Dock Foremen for a marine repair shipyard in Paducah, Kentucky. You will lead a crew of welder/fitters in towboat and barge repairs, with a hands-on leadership style and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have extensive marine repair experience, prior foreman or lead roles, and a strong welding and fitting background. Read blueprints and repair specifications to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine repair on barges, towboats, or vessels.
• Prior lead or foreman experience in a shipyard or marine fabrication setting.
• Strong welding and fitting background.
• Able to read blueprints and repair specifications.
