Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets for debris, pests, and proper stacking according to quality standards.
• Ensure pallets are correctly wrapped, labeled, and match the Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Verify seed bag integrity, count accuracy, and proper pallet repair and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing PPE and working in various environmental conditions.
• Participate in team meetings and support housekeeping responsibilities.

What's the Job?

• Ability to walk, climb stairs, stand, sit, and operate machinery for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions

• Basic math skills; experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus
