Daybreak Foods in Holland, MI, is seeking a warehouse associate to ship and receive eggs, weigh shipments, and support the processing department.
You will load/unload trucks, verify shipments, and maintain inventory; operate pallet jacks or forklifts; follow safety and GMP policies; read and follow written instructions. On-the-job training is provided in a team-oriented environment focused on food safety.
The purpose of this position is to ship and receive. Inspect shipments and trailers and weigh all incoming eggs. Supply processing department with eggs. Receive and inspect other miscellaneous freight, packages and supplies.

Stand and walk constantly; grip, grasp, push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, lift up to 60 pounds frequently; sit, climb, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to climb up to 150ft by ladder.
Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. Employee may work in outside environment where temperatures vary seasonally. Clothing must be worn based on seasonal weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Certain areas may be loud enough to require ear protection. All personal protective equipment will be provided and required during certain working conditions and in certain areas. The employee is occasionally exposed to high places.
