Job summary

Doc Crows in Indianapolis is seeking a friendly, service-driven Host to join Schulte Hospitality Group. You will welcome guests, seat parties, and support the front of house during busy shifts. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow with a hospitality leader.

The ideal candidate enjoys teamwork, communicates clearly, and can multitask in a fast-paced dining room. Prior guest-service experience is preferred, and a positive attitude helps ensure every guest feels valued

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education.
• Minimum of one year in a similar role preferred.
• Strong guest-service mindset and teamwork with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates restaurant activities to provide fast and courteous service to guests
• Schedules dining reservations and arranges special services for diners
• Greets and escorts guests, provides menus
• Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
• Collects payments from guests
• Totals receipts at end of shift
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
